The Gists cadence is different. After the plan, every week has a working demo: a page, a cart, an audit item, or a campaign draft you can click. We also write down what shipped and what comes next.

If something is wrong, you see it in week two, not at the deadline. Scope, price and timing stay inside the frame we agreed at the start.
